Slovene Dutch Business Platform attended AGRA, the 62nd International Fair of Agriculture and Food in Gornja Radgona- the biggest agricultural fair in Slovenia that is taking place from 24 to 29 August 2024.
The participants discussed the future of food and the exchange of best practices and technologies with H.E. Johan O. Verboom, the Dutch ambassador to Slovenia, H.E. Koen van Ginneken, Dutch attaché in Budapest, Roel Schoenmaker, Partnership Manager at Foodvalley NL in Wageningen, with whom SDBP signed a cooperation agreement, Holland Circular Hotspot, GZS – Zbornica kmetijskih in živilskih podjetij and Slovenian and Dutch scientists, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers in the field of food systems.
Both The Netherlands and Slovenia have committed to reaching climate neutrality by 2050. SDBP is happy to contribute to that noble goal.
