In a world where the pace of everyday life rarely allows for a moment of pause, Serenity – The Art of Well Being at Fairmont The Palm, located on Dubai’s iconic Palm Jumeirah, offers a tranquil setting dedicated to relaxation and wellbeing. Its latest collection of experiences ranges from morning yoga sessions and family wellness rituals to soothing candle massages created for the winter season.
Guided by a holistic approach to wellbeing, Serenity combines contemporary wellness practices with traditional therapeutic techniques. Its philosophy centres on the connection between physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, as well as the importance of making time for personal care. Guests can enjoy peaceful treatment rooms, restorative rituals and the spa’s signature Thermal Oasis.
A Mindful Start to the Day
The hotel’s wellness offering centres around Serenity – The Art of Well Being, which brings together a range of therapies, treatments and holistic approaches to physical and mental well-being. A special highlight is the Thermal Oasis, a dedicated space for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Guests also have access to a fully equipped fitness centre, group exercise programmes and a variety of water activities, including kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding. The private beach and swimming pools offer further opportunities to unwind, with views of the sea and Dubai’s iconic skyline.
Designed for those who wish to begin their day with a sense of calm and renewed energy, The Mindful Morning Ritual combines gentle physical activity with moments of relaxation and mindfulness.
The experience features a 60-minute yoga session incorporating gentle movement, mindful breathing and relaxation techniques. Guests can then continue their wellness journey with access to the Thermal Oasis, followed by a nourishing breakfast at Zest restaurant.
Available every Tuesday and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM, the experience is priced at AED 190 per person and includes the yoga session, Thermal Oasis access and breakfast.
Wellness Is Better Together: A Family Experience
The Wellness, Better Together experience invites families to enjoy meaningful time together in the privacy of Serenity’s exclusive Aurum Suite, away from the distractions of everyday life.
Designed around the idea of shared relaxation and connection, this private 60-minute experience draws inspiration from Serenity’s holistic wellness philosophy and the restorative traditions of the hammam. It offers families an opportunity to slow down, unwind and enjoy a moment of togetherness in a peaceful and intimate setting.
The experience is available daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
A Moment of Warmth: A Seasonal Candle Massage
For the festive and winter season, Serenity introduces A Moment of Warmth, a 60-minute candle massage designed to ease tension and create a deeply relaxing experience.
Combining the gentle warmth of a candle massage with a soothing atmosphere, the treatment offers guests a welcome opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and dedicate time to rest and rejuvenation.
Available daily from 1 December 2026 to 31 January 2027, between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM, the 60-minute Serenity Candle Massage is priced at AED 595 per person.
