The Slovenian-Swedish association in Slovenia organized the celebration of St. Lucia on December 14th at the Evangelical Church on Gosposvetska.
On Saturday, December 14, 2024, in front of the full Primož Trubar Evangelical Church in Ljubljana, The Slovenian-Swedish association celebrated the feast of St. Lucia, the bringer of light, peace, and warmth.
The following was performed: Lucia’s procession, the Student Choir of the Faculty of Arts of the University of Ljubljana, the Wind Quintet of the KGBL General Music School, the vocal ensemble Miljögruppen, Mita and Jurij Pahor (nyckelharpa, viola), Astrid Gustavsson (vocals) and Ivan Paska (guitar). The event was hosted by Iva Klemenčič.
