Known for spending his first days in every hotel among guests and team members, Prins made no exception here. His mornings begin with walks through the resort and along the shoreline, engaging with travelers from around the world and exploring the local culture, traditions, and flavors.
Prior to arriving in Montenegro, Hans Prins worked in nine countries, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Russia, Iceland, and several Southeast European markets. Throughout his career, he has led some of the world’s most renowned hotel brands and played a key role in managing international teams, opening luxury properties, rebranding hotels, and shaping distinctive brand identities. He is recognized for his guest-centric approach, strong operational expertise, and ability to foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and professional growth.
Although he has led large teams across the globe, Prins emphasizes that the essence of success remains unchanged — people are always at the heart of hospitality. His leadership style is rooted in building motivated teams, developing talent, mentoring careers, encouraging creativity and team spirit, and focusing on delivering sincere, warm, and personalized service.
Under the leadership of Hans Prins, Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort will continue developing new guest experiences, strengthening partnerships with the local community, and planning future expansion of accommodation capacities.
